I offer a straightforward price list, ensuring you get excellent value for high-quality transcription.

My rates are designed to be competitive and transparent, with options for various project types.

Rates are based on clear, concise recordings.  Any word that is not heard clearly will be noted as [query/time on recording].  If you wish me to add these words into the document this will be done at no charge.  

Single speaker pricing Rate - per audio minute
1 speaker £1.00
Multi-speaker pricing Rate - per audio minute
2 speakers £1.10
3 speakers £1.20
4 speakers £1.30
5 speakers £1.40
6 + speakers £1.70

More than 4 speakers the person speaking must announce their name prior to speaking if the transcription is required as verbatim.

Captions / Subtitles for Youtubers / Content Creators Rate
Standard captions (clean, formatted subtitles) - SRT file included in price £1.20 per video minute
Mutiple speakers / difficult audio £1.40 per video per minute
Strict verbatim captions Add £1.60 per video minute
Bulk Discounts 60+ minutes per month - 10% discount 120+ miutes per month - 15% discount
Specialist / Add-ons Rate
Timestamps £0.10 per minute
Poor audio quality £0.20–£0.50 per minute
Other Services Rate
Copy typing £0.05 per word
Proof-reading £0.03 per word
Formatting documents only £1.20 per A4 per side
